Welcome to Child Psychiatry Ireland

This site has been created as a resource for clinicians working with children and their families. It will provide easy access to the kind of information, asssessments and therapeutic and educational materials concerning the problems that commonly arise in this population. There is also a separate section where parents and young people can access information and links to appropriate and useful external websites. This resource has been developed by Dr. Laura McKenna and Prof. Fiona McNicholas. Other contributors and authors are acknowledged. Funding to kickstart the initial project was provided by a research grant from the Lucena Foundation, Dublin.
